Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders via FedEx. We package and ship all products for safe arrival. If for some reason you feel that your candy has been damaged, refuse the package and return it to Stewart Candy Company.

Privacy & Security

Credit card and identity theft is a large problem in the market today. At Stewart Candy we use 128-bit encryption technology and Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) in all areas where your personal and account information is required. Our website is certified by Comodo CA Limited, which verifies that it is authentic and that we use SSL security. To view our Comodo CA Limited certificate, click on the image of the closed lock or the solid key at the bottom of your browser window and our website security information will appear. Stewart Candy respects the privacy of each customer. We will not sell or distribute your email or any of your information to third party companies.

Returns & Replacements

All returns and replacements are handled through our customer service office. If you feel there is a problem with your order, call us at 1.800.673.7335 so that we can promptly resolve the issue.

Ordering, Viewing Orders, & Payments

All orders must be placed on our website. We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but will only process them during regular business hours (Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders can be immediately viewed online by logging into your account and clicking on your order number. All inquiries about an order should be submitted by email or phone. Please refer to the order number, not the invoice number, when inquiring. Stewart Candy accepts all major credit cards for quick and easy payment.

Updating Account Information

It is quick and easy to update your account information. All you need to do is click the login button in the top right hand corner of the ordering website. Once you login you can edit your account or review and track your orders.
